Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Payment Operations Manager to join our Payment team. You will work closely with the PSP Managers and other team members to support interactions with all payment providers and relevant vendors. You will help build strong relationships with our vendors and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for Quantango clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the activities of competitors and the industry to identify new opportunities and vendors.
• Operate as the point of contact for potential and existing vendors in the Asia region.
• Execute independent search and acquisition of new local payment providers.
• Review commercial offers and negotiate the best terms.
• Support the onboarding procedure for new vendors.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of payment systems and approval ratios (AR) daily across various geographies, payment methods, and business models to ensure their efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and implement procedures and policies to optimize payment processes.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with legislative and corporate standards.
• Resolve emerging issues and problems related to payment operations.
• Collaborate with other company departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working within online-focused companies, ideally within CFD/payments or gambling industries.
• Experience working with online payment solutions in an international environment.
• Proven track record and extensive connections in the Online Payments industry.
• Ability to travel and attend industry events.
• Goal-oriented “can do” attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is a must for this role.
