Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Data Analyst who enjoys diving into data, building dashboards, and optimizing processes in equal measure. The core of the role is KPI analytics and reporting, but you’re also willing to work in the CRM, fine-tune contact-center settings, or quickly pull together an ad-hoc report. You’re detail-oriented, love automating routine tasks, and aren’t fazed by assignments “outside the job description.” If you want to keep growing in analytics while remaining a flexible team player, we’re on the same path.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a KPI-reporting system for local sales teams in Google Sheets.
  • Create consolidated KPI reports for leadership covering all teams in Google Sheets.
  • Refresh report data on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered by the teams.
  • Build dashboards for operational metrics in Google Looker Studio using data from the CRM and communications-management platform.
  • Prepare additional reports upon request.
  • Configure automated lead-routing and user-assignment rules in the CRM.
  • Manage user accounts: create, remove, assign roles, and keep the team structure up to date.
  • Monitor phone-number “spam scores” and maintain an up-to-date pool of local numbers for managers.
  • Create and update guidelines for working in the CRM, calculating KPIs, and any other documentation the teams need.

Requirements

  • Solid proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, AVERAGE, MEDIAN, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA).
  • Basic experience building dashboards in Google Looker Studio or other BI tools.
  • Understanding of KPI metrics and reporting for sales teams.
  • Entry-level SQL and experience extracting data from CRM systems (a plus).
  • Experience configuring or supporting a CRM/contact center is an advantage.
  • Responsibility, keen attention to detail, and a drive to streamline routine tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new tools.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Benefits

  • Competitive and attractive compensation
  • Remote work schedule
  • Proper rest time of 24 annual leave days
  • Challenging and unique tasks in the FinTech field
  • Funding for gym memberships, fostering a healthy work-life balance

Interview Stages

  1. Interview with Recruiter (30 minutes)
  2. Behavioural Interview with HR (60 minutes)
  3. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager (60 minutes)
